不動產的魅力源於無盡的探索，因此自求學階段我便致力於學習不動產的不同面向，並以全方位顧問為目標前行。
大學時期對都市的通盤學習，讓我能以宏觀角度進行分析；建設公司則帶領我進入微觀尺度，切身感受人與建築之間的互動；壽險投資部洗禮，則是以完全不同的金融角度切入不動產的本質。
2017年，我加入國際事業部任專案經理，以國際資本、地緣政治、跨國稅務等角度重新理解不動產。
2018年，取得取得內政部移民專業人員證照，同時完成台北大學法律碩士學分班結業。
在「有土斯有財」的華人社會，每一寸地、每一分屋都彌足珍貴，更帶有幾分情感。我希望提供最專業的服務，認識、保護、交換這些珍貴的價值。
Real estate charms me with its infinite exploration of knowledge, which motivates me to learn and aims for becoming an all-around consultant.
Throughout the education, I am capable of analyzing urban in a holistic sense; the experience as developer brings me into a micro scale between human and architecture; last but not least, I learned the nature of real estate through financial during the time as insurance institution investor.
In 2017, I joined International Dept as Project Manager, and it reformed my knowledge yet again with international capitalism, geopolitics and global taxation.
In 2018, I became licensed immigration agent and complete my academy in National Taipei University Department of Law.
Chinese society believes “Along with land comes about wealth.” Every land and property is valuable and emotional. I pledge to provide the best service, recognizing, protecting and exchanging the values.
